Mineral insulated temperature sensor is made by placing the temperature measuring element inside a stainless steel sleeve and compressing it into a high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide insulation material. The overall drawing process technology is used to produce it. The thinnest mineral insulated thermocouple can be made into a 0.15mm diameter mineral insulated wire, and the thinnest mineral insulated thermistor can be made into a 1.5mm diameter.
Due to the use of high-purity magnesium oxide or aluminum oxide as insulation and thermal conductive media, the sensor and protective sleeve have good thermal conductivity, fast response time, high accuracy, and long service life.
