    Mineral insulated temperature sensor is made by placing the temperature measuring element inside a stainless steel sleeve and compressing it into a high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide insulation material. The overall drawing process technology is used to produce it. The thinnest armored thermocouple can be made into a 0.15mm diameter armored wire, and the thinnest armored thermistor can be made into a 1.5mm diameter.

The thinnest armored thermocouple can be made into a 0.15mm diameter armored wire, and the thinnest armored thermistor can be made into a 1.5mm diameter.  

    Due to the use of high-purity magnesium oxide or aluminum oxide as insulation and thermal conductive media, the sensor and protective sleeve have good thermal conductivity, fast response time, high accuracy, and long service life. Due to the special production process, armored temperature sensors are fire-resistant, high voltage resistant, strong vibration resistant, and can maintain long-term stability even under extreme conditions. They have flexibility and can allow a bending radius of 5 times the diameter. The standard is insulation type, but thermocouple can also be provided with shell type to provide faster response time.
