    This product is used in various occasions, such as HVAC, refrigeration units, heating devices, ovens, furnaces, equipment manufacturing, automobiles, bearings, pipelines, and containers. The product usually measures within the range of -50... 350 ℃ and can be protected with anti bending protection to protect cables.

    Wire rod: Compensate the wire to match the thermocouple graduation number
    Wire cross-section: Approximately 0.22 mm (standard model), customizable
    Number of wires: It depends on the number of cores in the thermocouple
    Insulation material: PVC、 Silicone, FEP, PTFE, PFA or fiberglass
    Note: Wires can be customized according to customer requirements

     

    The maximum temperature that can be reached at any point of the connecting cable is the temperature specified for the connecting cable. The sensor itself may withstand higher temperatures. For common connecting wires, the following temperature limits apply:

    PVC: -20...+100 °C
    Silicone: -50...+180 °C
    PTFE、PFA:      -200...+260 °C
    Metal mesh: -50... +400 °C
    Fiberglass: -50... +400 °C
